여성 서혜관 평활근종 희귀변종의 복강경 제거: 사례보고 2건

Laparoscopic removal ofrare variant of leiomyoma in the female inguinal canal: a report of two cases

[초록]

혈관 및 지방 평활근종은 서혜관에서 거의 발견되지 않는 종양이다. 본 연구는 여성의 서혜관에서혈관 및 지방 평활근종의 복강경 제거사례 2건에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 사례 1, 35세 여성 환자는 왼쪽 서례부의 부어오름과 간헐적인통증으로 인해 본원에 내원하였다. 초음파 검사를 통해 저반향의 경계가 뚜렷한 종괴가 관찰되었다. 복강경 수술을 통해 종양제거 및 후복벽 결찰술을 시행하였고 조직학적검사 결과, 혈관 평활근종이 진단 되었다. 사례2, 53세 여성 환자는 오른쪽 서혜부의 부어오름과 통증으로 인해 본원에 내원하였다. 초음파 검사를 통해 저반향의 경계가 뚜렷한, 타원형의 종괴가 관찰되었다. 복강경 수술을 통해 종양제거 및 후복벽 결찰술을 시행하였고 조직학적 검사 결과, 지방 평활근종이 진단 되었다. 복강경 종양 제거술과 후복벽 결찰술서혜부 평활근종에의 효과적인 치료 방법이다.

Abstract

Angioleiomyoma andlipoleiomyoma are rarely found tumors in the inguinal canal. We present twocases of laparoscopic removal of angioleiomyoma and lipoleiomyoma in the femaleinguinal canal. In Case 1, a 35-year-old woman was admitted to our hospitalwith left inguinal swelling and intermittent pain. A hypoechoic well-marginatedmass was observed on ultrasonography. Laparoscopic complete tumor excision andposterior wall repair were performed, and a diagnosis of angioleiomyoma wasconfirmed on histopathological evaluation. In Case 2, a 55-year-old woman wasadmitted with a painful right inguinal swelling. A hypoechoic well-marginated ovoidmass was observed on ultrasonography. Laparoscopic complete tumor excision andposterior wall repair were performed, and a diagnosis of lipoleiomyoma wasconfirmed on histopathological evaluation. Laparoscopic tumor excision andposterior wall repair are effective treatments of leiomyomas in the inguinalcanal.
